Hello Families,

Only 3 weeks left until our winter break, but we are still working hard on our learning.This week we have focused on addition and subtraction in math. In literacy we focused on spelling and starting to edit our own work for errors. We continue to discuss Waste in Our World in science and learned about the amount of packaging that goes to landfill and how we can help reduce this. We became experts at skipping in gym - such a great fitness activity! We drew waterfalls in art and will focus on perspective next week.  In health we had a wonderful discussion on the traits of friendship and how we can be a good friend. 

Today we will be presenting our Slides research on Canadian musicians to the rest of the class. We are also uploading more of the fabulous work we have done in class to IRIS, so please remember to check it out at home.

There is no school for students next Friday, December 4th, as it is a non-instructional day.
